MY REASON
Well, I was born in this way. I am a skinny girl since I was child.
Though I had eaten 5-6x/day but nothing changed. That's why I can eat whatever I want.
Junk food was my best friend. Seems like I couldn't live without it.
I hated vegetables and fruits. I never did physical excercise.
AND I FELT OKAY. NO PROBLEM.
Except that my parents always complained why did I look sleepy all day long.
When I was 17. I started realizing that my tummy got bigger.
I started thinking, was I pregnant?
What's wrong? But, I NEVER did anything with my (ex)boyfriend.

Then I started join a fitness club. I love gym actually, but I have difficulty in managing time. That's why it didn't last long.
Two years passed. YES MY TUMMY GOT BIGGER AND BIGGER.
And I realized that I gained about 4kgs. I was happy. By eating junk food almost every day, I got my ideal weight.
But I'm not happy with my tummy size.
Last February, I started join a fitness club again. I also paid personal trainer. He told me to stop eating fried and sweet food.
Also I had to avoid salt since I want to reduce my tummy size.
I agreed. I did diet by myself.
UNFORTUNATELY, IN JUST 3 DAYS I COLLAPSED.
I was hospitalized because of typhus and DBD.
My parents got angry because of my random diet. My fool XD
Last month, exactly on October 2015. I attended my cousin's wedding.
Iya, kalo dilihat rasanya nggak ada yang salah kan dengan badanku?
Malah cenderung terlalu kurus. Tapi percayalah, kalau dibuka perut ini gede banget, udah gitu lengan kaya kendur gitu. Makanya aku mulai kerasa insecure kalau pakai baju yang terbuka.
Okay, I need to fix it.
Fortunately, aku diajak temen untuk fitness. Karena ada temen, akhirnya aku mutusin buat daftar fitness club lagi.
As you can guess.
My parents disagreed. Also my bestfriends.
"Mau kolaps lagi lo?" "Lo udah kurus, mau jadi tengkorak?"
And, I didn't care. #sorryguys XD
Karena niatku emang buat shaping my body. Aku juga udah konsultasi ama personal trainer yang ada di sana. Lemak aku udah kemana mana soalnya.
"You have to eat clean if you want to shape your body well."
Tapi kali ini aku udah nggak ngawur lagi. Aku mau total di sini.
I do exercise-swimming-aerobic 5x/week and I EAT CLEAN (5days/week).
Aku pake jasa katering yang nyediain makanan LESS SALT, NO MSG, NO REFINED SUGAR. Apalagi menunya diawasi oleh lulusan gizi.
Iya, garam dan gula yang terkandung dalam makanan kita itulah yang membuat lemak kita menumpuk. Sodium dalam tubuh akan mengikat air, yang mana akan menyebabkan tubuh kita kesulitan untuk menghancurkan lemak jahat.
By the way, aku bebas makan aja on Saturday and Sunday. Boleh gorengan sih kalo emang udah ngidam banget. Tapi tetep jangan ngawur.

Fruits and vegetables are my biggest enemies fyi.
But, thank God. I chose the right catering. The taste is good. HAHA
.....and this is my dinner menu, be ready.
As a person who ate 5-6x/days. CAN YOU IMAGINE MY FEELING?
I am only fed by this kind of food in evening.
Now I understand why my friends gave up on this kind of food, even my mom and bro who are vegetable lovers.
Moreover, I started to learn cooking XD
Yeah, it is a simple recipe. But I'm proud HAHAHA
No MSG, No sugar, Less salt guys!

THE RESULT
"Tidak ada hasil yang mengkhianati usaha"
Yes guys, here are the reason why I recommend you to start healthy life by doing eat clean.
In just a month:
- I lost 2-3 kgs (not to much because I do cardio only 20 mins and I don't do diet, just eat clean and exercise-swimming-aerobic)
- No more hairloss (Yes, I'd been suffered with this problem for so long time. I'd tried so many products. I'd spent millions. But there is still no significant progress. By starting this healthy life, no more hairfall even I comb my towel-dried hair. Isn't it amazing?)
- No more white coating on tongue (Yes, my tongue becomes pinkish. It's a sign of healthy tongue.)
- Better arm's shape (Iyes, in just a month.)
- I rarely feel sleepy (Before this healthy lifestyle, I FELT SLEEPY EVERYDAY)
- I do not get tired easily, even when I am lack of sleep. I feel fresh.
.....and best part is....
MY WAIST SIZE IS REDUCED!!!!
AAAAA SO HAPPY!!!
From 72cm to 70 cm!!
In just a month! Without PT! Only 1hour of exercise/day! Only doing eat clean 5days/week!

My tummy is still not good. But I will keep exercising :D

Udah lama gak terlihat~ Kangeeeen~ <3333
ReplyDeleteAku juga sama kayak kamu, padahal yang lainnya pada melebar gitu badannya, dan cuma aku yang kurus kering macam tengkorak, tapi! Perut aku ndut dong, dan lengan aku macam kendur gitu.
Aku sih gak ngegym karena gak ada waktunya. Aku cuma siasati makanan, gak terlalu banyak makan daging (waktu itu, dan sekarang aku udah full gak makan daging, tapi masih makan ikan2an gitu hihihi) Terus makan juga cuma yeah 1 mangkok bayi gitu, TAPI setiap 2-3 jam sekali makan LOL Membantu banget lho say, soalnya selain perut jadi gak lapar, juga perut gak akan membuncit dengan hebohnya.
Aku olahraga sendiri di rumah setiap hari kecuali hari minggu. Olahraga yang aku lakukan...

3 minggu aku olahraga tiap hari dan aku turun 5 kilo hahaha... TAPI setelah itu aku dimarahin dokterku, soalnya gak baik untuk badan aku yang terlampau kecil (beratku biasanya sekitar 40-43, lalu turun jadi 37 hahaha)
Bagusnya olahraga itu, ngebentuk badan. Dan olahraga itu dibutuhkan semua orang, bahkan yang kecil2 macam kita orang, terutama dengan kesehatanku yang sekarang, olahraga itu wajib ^^

Aku masih makan daging merah as long as it is steamed.
Itu porsi bayi gimana ya? Hahaha boleh dicoba tuh kayaknya.
Ga bikin berat naik? Cuma buat maintain berat yg skrg aja kan yah?

Gak sih, makanan aku mah campur2 aja, seadanya di rumah, tapi aku memang belajar jadi vegetarian jadi gak makan daging berkaki empat XD kalau ayam aku masih makan, karena sama nyokap semua dicampur sama ayam (masak mie pakai ayam, masak sop pakai ayam T^T)
DeleteBukan gak boleh daging sih, cuma katanya sih daging itu kan paling banyak lemaknya, terus juga iya kalau dagingnya gak di apa2in (maksudnya peternakannya bagus apa gak, dikasi makan apa itu hewan2nya, dll)
Kamu kalau bepergian, coba deh beli mangkok bayi, biasa bayi2 makan kan pakai mangkok kecil gitu, nah nasi dan lauk pauknya kamu harus cukupin di mangkok bayi itu, gak boleh lebih deh pokoknya XD Terus makannya juga 2-3 jam sekali, jadi gak laper, tapi perut gak jadi buncit seperti kalau kita makan langsung seporsi besar hihihi...
Berat gak naik kok kalau makannya begitu, dan yang terpenting kamu makan sebelum laper, jadi perutnya gak kasihan tuh hihihi...
Dicoba aja~ Di awal emang berat, aku dulu sempet kalap setelah semingguan coba makan pakai mangkok bayi, terus langsung beli 2 porsi nasi padang lol, akhirnya nengok perut, buncit deh XD Tapi lama2 kalau udah diseriusin, jadinya malah kebiasaan, gak banyak makan, dan gak gampang lapar walaupun kadang kelupaan sampai 4-5 jam gak makan, tapi kalau bisa sih usahain aja paling gak 3 jam udah makan dengan porsi kecil bayi itu. SELAMAT MENCOBA! SEMOGA BERHASIL!
PS : Kalau mau nurunin berat badan, mau gak mau emang olahraga, kalau cuma jaga porsi makan, itu cuma buat supaya perut gak buncit + sehat aja gitu XD

ReplyDeletegw sebenrnya udah niat banget deh mulai konsumsi sayuran buah buahan lah minimal dan olahraga tapi masih belum gerak XD .
